It was a show with the power to pull the most influential minds and opinions of the industry. One with the ability to inject insatiable amounts of excitement, hype and anticipation not only around the collection, but around the designer and his debut.

Raf Simons for Dior Couture was a magical display of classic elegance, simple details and traditional shapes of perfect line. The drama resonated through the fire red of the model’s lips to fantastically over the top full circled skirts as the collection combined the perfect balance of classic tradition and futuristic modernity.

Sunday Funday

I'm literally running out the door for a date in the park, where I plan to drink way too many ciders, lay in the erratic winter sun, which has decided that yes today he will show his face and finally attack my continuously growing pile of glossies from last month! Before I duck out, I though I'd just post a little reminder that NO, I haven't forgotten about you and that as of tomorrow, Haute Couture season kicks off yet again so there will be many a post for you to feast your little eyes on!
